INDIGENOUS PROGRAMS

Building teacher capacity through our Design | Media Arts program model is one approach that we use to mentor teachers in design thinking and the creative use of technology to expand their capacity to engage learners. We introduce them to the technology and the Design | Media Arts model first and while in community offer support in the classroom when the teachers first launch the program with their students. The program involves 2 full days of teacher professional development in person and then the support continues with the teachers online and through digital means.
